RPM Jade Pre-Order Update

We’re pleased to confirm that our first allocation of RPM Jade paddles is now progressing through the shipping process, with a small number of Jade 16mm Elongated paddles expected to arrive in the UK shortly.

Unfortunately, production and international shipping delays have affected the wider Jade launch, and we are still awaiting confirmed dispatch information for the remaining models and outstanding allocations.

We appreciate how patiently our customers have waited and understand the frustration these delays may have caused.

As a thank you, all existing Jade pre-order customers will receive a complimentary upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed once their paddles are ready to dispatch from us.

We are in regular communication with RPM and will continue to update customers as further shipments are confirmed.
