If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition  
- Items must be returned in original packaging  
- Proof of purchase is required

We are happy to offer exchanges if you would like a different paddle or model.

If you need a different item, simply contact us and we will help arrange the exchange.

### 🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
