Terms and Conditions for Demo Pickleball Padel Offering

Thank you for choosing ThePickleballHubUK.com for your demo pickleball padel experience. By purchasing our demo padels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility for Demo Padels
You are eligible to receive up to five (5) demo pickleball padels for trial. This demo program is available to all customers who make a purchase through our website, ThePickleballHubUK.com.
2. Payment Terms
You are required to pay the full amount for the demo padels at the time of purchase.
The total amount charged will reflect the full cost of the demo padels selected, as indicated at checkout.
3. Refund Policy
You may return the demo padels within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:
The padels are returned in original condition (i.e., no visible damage, wear, or tear).
The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the demo padels.
The returned padels must be accompanied by proof of purchase and the original packing.
If the demo padels are not returned in the same condition or are damaged, the return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
4. Return Process
To return your demo padels:
Please contact our customer service team at paul8taylor@icloud.com to notify us of your intent to return the product.
We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
5. Damaged or Defective Padels
If you receive a damaged or defective padel, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receipt via email or our customer support channel.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund in cases of defective products.
6. Limitation of Liability
ThePickleballHubUK.com will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the use of the demo padels.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for assessing the safety and suitability of the demo padels for your use.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
ThePickleballHubUK.com reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
