Preorder update: Our first shipment is expected in early November. Dispatch is planned from 8 November, subject to stock arriving; as 8 November is a Sunday, carrier collection may begin on the following working day.
RPM Jade — an update
We know some of you have been waiting longer than expected for your RPM Jade paddles. We've received a limited allocation, but it has not been enough to fulfil every outstanding preorder. We are continuing to seek confirmed shipping information from RPM and will update affected customers individually as soon as we have reliable news. We appreciate your patience and understand the frustration delays can cause. If you have an outstanding order and would prefer a refund rather than wait, please contact us.
Join us at The Warehouse, Ipswich — Sunday 8 November
We're hosting a special paddle demo day on Sunday 8 November, 12 noon to 5pm at The Warehouse @ Ipswich, 30 White House Road, Ipswich, IP1 5LT.
Come and try a range of premium pickleball paddles, meet fellow players and talk equipment with our team. Brands planned for the day include Eleven Zero, RPM, AIREO, Thrive, Honolulu, HEAD, Selkirk, Pakle and Grafton, subject to stock availability. UK paddle reviewer Jason Gordon is also expected to join us.
How to book: Open MATCHi, search for The Warehouse @ Ipswich and look for ThePickleballHubUK demo-day activity on 8 November. The booking fee is £5, redeemable on the day, and attendees can enjoy a 10% event discount on eligible purchases. We'll also be running a paddle giveaway, with a draw planned for 4:30pm.
Whether you're choosing your next paddle or simply want to enjoy an afternoon of pickleball, we'd love to see you there.
